We currently ship to the United States only.
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your address.


2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders over $65 USD: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $65 USD: $8.99 flat shipping fee

We keep our shipping simple and transparent—no hidden fees at checkout.


3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via YunExpress, this allows us to ensure stable tracking updates and efficient delivery.


4. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (quality check + packaging)
  • Shipping Time: 8–15 business days

📦 Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe.
However, delivery may vary slightly depending on customs clearance or local carrier delays.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Packages

We understand that international shipping can occasionally experience delays.

If your package:

  • Has no tracking updates for 7+ days, or
  • Appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window

Please contact us immediately. We will actively coordinate with the logistics provider to resolve the issue.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a reshipment or appropriate solution to ensure you receive your order.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
