Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless defective.


2. Returns Due to Quality Issues

If your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue:
  • We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you properly.

3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as preference, sizing choice, etc.):
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item:

  • The product must be in its original, resellable condition
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange promptly.
